Paper Plots offers printable, digital escape room adventure kits and related educational materials. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to:
• Download and print the purchased product for personal, home, or classroom use.
• Use the product with children in your care, household, or classroom.
This license does not include the right to:
• Reproduce, copy, or distribute the product to others, whether for free or for payment.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Paper Plots product or any portion thereof.
• Share digital files with individuals outside your immediate household or classroom.
• Upload or post our content publicly online, including on social media, file-sharing platforms, or websites.
2. Free Products
Certain Paper Plots products are made available at no charge as free promotional offerings. These free products are subject to the same license terms as paid products. They are provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All Paper Plots content — including adventure narratives, puzzles, artwork, characters, design elements, and educational frameworks — is the original intellectual property of Paper Plots and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
4. Permitted Classroom and Educational Use
Teachers and educators who purchase a Paper Plots product may print and use it within their own classroom(s). Multi-classroom, school-wide, or district-wide use requires the purchase of a corresponding site license, which may be arranged by contacting us at teampaperplots@gmail.com.
5. Age AppropriatenessPaper Plots products are designed for children aged 4 through 16 and are intended to be used under appropriate adult supervision, particularly for younger age groups. We recommend that parents and educators review each product before use to ensure it is appropriate for their specific child or students.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
